While I have their descriptions/pictures all set, I find that coming up with unique abilities for each is rather annoying. But anyway... There's that.

I am asking that everyone please make a genin (yes you can have two characters). Since we are starting from the chuunin exams and not giving the genin time to train I am going to allow the genin to get some free jutsu..
So instead of the normal 10 jutsu that the genin can be created with, you may add up to 8 more.

This is pretty much common sense. Any OP jutsu in the manga/anime that have usually belonged to a single character in the anime/manga aren't allowed. To give you an idea, jutsu like the ones listed below (and more) aren't allowed.
