|  Character InformationName: Higami Namida Age: 35 Gender: Male Place of Birth: Sunagakure Date of Birth: 24/12 Appearance: Namida has spikey black hair that is rather short and flows upwards. he has tan skin and brown eyes with bushy black eyebrows. He has a scar going horizontally along his right ear and a small vertical scar at the tip of his right eyebrow. Namida has broad shoulders and somewhat muscular arms, although they don't appear as such unless he is flexing them. He doesn't have a lot of hair on his body, only a little on his legs and arms. Namida has several scars along his body, mostly on his back or on his forearms. He has muscular legs and a flat stomach but other than that he has no redeeming physical qualities. Namida wears a white t-shirt with a sketch-like "drawing" of a camellia sewn onto the bottom right front of his shirt. On the upper back of his shirt he has the chinese character for "Fire" sewn onto it. Above his shirt he wears a red jacket with a golden zipper; He usually wears his zipper fully undone. The collar is depicted in a black and white checkered pattern and is usually worn standing up rather than folded down. There are a pair of single golden stripes that go from the base of the collar down the outer sides of his sleeves and to the wrists of them. Much like on his shirt, on the upper back of his jacket there is the Chinese character for "Fire" sewn onto it, however on his jacket it is done in gold. Beneath the character "Fire" there is a large golden design sewn into the jacket which depicts a camellia on fire. He wears a pair of black fitted (but not skinny) jeans and wears a black belt around his waist through the loops. Lastly he wears a pair of red shinobi sandals with a golden zipper on the center, has a tool holster around his right thigh and has a black tool pouch on the right side of his hip. Height: 5'11 Weight: 200 Ilbs Personality: When first encountered, Namida appears as a cold, calculating and silent man. There is very little that he says and he usually expresses very little emotion. He however is the very opposite of cold and heartless, in most cases anyways. He appears quiet only because he is sitting back and watching others, observing their behaviors and how they act to certain people and situations. He observes what it is that makes them happy, what gets them annoyed and all other things that stir up emotional responses. What he is doing is grasping a feel for the person and sensing their auras so that he can learn the perfect way he should act around them. Namida can be a very kind and compassionate man as well as a peaceful man. He is always looking to quell the flames of anger and hatred between people and to help find a resolution that puts conflict at a minimum between everyone. To his friends and to strangers, he always feels like lending a helping hand, looking for ways to make it so others don't have to try so hard in order to be comfortable and happy. It gives him some small amount of personal gratitude. Namida is a great listener as well, preferring to listen to others talk their mouths off while he gives small comments every so often. Listening allows him to learn things about other people as well as gives others someone to venet to, another way of him helping others. However, all that is kind about Namida can be looked at as a sense of selfishness and self fulfillment. Bringing peace to other peoples lives allows Namida himself to live a peaceful life. He helps others so that he can live an easier lifestyle, and makes others much less prone to going after him about their problems or coming at him with issues they have with him. He prefers to stay on the good side of everybody so that he has no conflict with others, something he detested since he was a child. Namida tends to get along best with those born within the astrological periods of what is known as fire signs and air signs. What it is about these people he can't say but he is a lot more talkative and active when hanging around them than he is with earth signs and water signs the majority of the time; he feels as if his aura is repressed and being pushed away by the latter two signs. Fire signs tend to bring out the mischievous and fiery side to You, along with Air signs. Namida has a bit of a superiority complex and is very adverse to the ideas of everyone else initially. He genuinely feels as if he is better than everyone and so believes that nobody else or their ideas can be on par with his. However, despite this complex of his, he has in recent years been developing an open mind to try to listen to others before outright marking what they say and so as inferior. A hobby of his is Falconry, which involves using birds to hunt down prey for sport, a symbolism for his superior attitude towards the weak. Despite all of this, Namida has a genuine love for all of life on Earth and truly wishes not to bring harm to others, although he is not above killing someone if he dubs it necessary. He is extremely forgiving, even willing to forgive his enemies for their wrong doing and attempting to make peace with them if at all possible. He has a strong sense of justice and is very impartial, preferring to hear the sides of both parties' stories before making a personal judgment on the situation. Namida is very ungrateful of everything and everyone. As nice as he can be, he doesn't see the value of things people do for him or give him, even if he does thank them for it at first. Namida was born a bastard to a non-married couple. His father was in the Sunagakure military, a young jounin who was out on a 6 month mission. Namida's family consisted of only he, his mother, his older brother and his uncle. They lived in a small home together. One day the family got a message saying the father had died and so they were left with no money coming in. His mother got a job and worked for years until one day a raid on the village by an ex-Sunagakure shinobi left their house burning in flames. Namida's uncle and brother perished in the fire leaving his mother and him alone. They found shelter in an apartment in Suna and lived there for a few years. One day while Namida was sleeping his mother took him to an orphanage and dropped him off in one of the beds before she left the village and vanished.
Namida was eager to become a shinobi so that he could find his lost mother. The heartbreak of her losing was the first real pain he had experience and the worst to come for years. When he turned 8 he entered the shinobi academy. He was a talented shinobi and showed get stride in learning all the techniques for the first couple years, but then became somewhat lazy and easy going. Nevertheless he graduated with above average marks, but not the best in the class.
He was put on a team with a white haired boy and a blue haired girl. They grew to become friends very easily, however the white haired boy's first words to Namida were oddly "I'm going to be the one to kill you!". Since then they became good friends and even greater rivals, neither allowing one to become weak or slack off so that one day they could have their final battle to the death as they promised the first day the team was formed.
Namida participated in the chunin exams at the age of 16 for the first time and this is where his remarkable ability to withstand flames came into play. He discovered it a few months before he entered and so he and his blue haired teammate, who was also a fire user, helped him train his ability to control it. He also confirmed his ability to control the heat of his flames. He was able to make them hotter but he had only touched the tip of the iceburge in this situation.
During the exams the team was assaulted by a powerful fire user. Due to Namida's ability to withstand strong heat and fire, he was able to help the team escape the enemy's onslaught and they were able to make it to the last test with their lives, although Namida still suffered injuries. The final exam like most was a test of individual skill, and Namida passed with satisfactory scores enough to be promoted to Chunin by his village.
Namida returned to his village and served as chuunin for several years. Something he lacked back then was confidence, and he had a hard time finding it unless he was in a tight spot where a leader was needed. This held him back from making jounin for awhile and would eventually lead to his betrayel of the village. His powers in fire skyrocketed over the years and he became known as the Fire King in the village. One day he approached the Kazekage of 15 years ago and asked that he be promoted, but was refused due to his lack of true justice. She told him that in order for him to be successful he needed to serve true justice and do whatever was necessary to fight evil.
Namida stormed out the room and went to train. For several months after his stress levels would rise as he would take on as many missions as he could to figure out what it was he was missing. His lover of the time felt neglected due to his almost constant absence and left him, which only sent him over the edge. In a fit of rage, he released a fire onto the village and blew up several houses before leaving the village behind. He has since been away from it, training his own skills and has found out what it was he was missing, the courage to do what was right. However he has always refused himself the luxury to return to the village and has remained a hermit ever since.

Description: This weapon wielded by Misaki is a giant Japanese war fan that has three purple circles along its metal body that she calls "stars" ("moons" in the English dub). The strength of the gusts of wind she creates is indicated by how many stars are shown (one being the weakest, three being the strongest). The fan itself can also be used as a club or to block attacks. It also seems to be able to deflect kunai and shuriken when opened and can also be lodged in the ground. The giant fan also contains 3 small swords that can be used from the fan say the enemy gets close to Namida he may use one of the swords contained in the fan to block an enemy attack at close range the side the swords are contained in the fan is always covered from the enemy. The fan is carried on Namida's back when not in use as it folds up nice to be carried. The weapon is made from titanium and is light weight material so does not weigh to much to affect the user in battle.

Fighting Styles: Shiypuneken
"Fist of Leaves Branches and Roots" Shiyouneken puts emphasis on strikes using the upper body. There are many punches, elbows, hip strikes and shoulder strikes in the style while using a few lower body techniques to catch one off guard. The styles utilizes these limbs to perform short, quick yet sturdy strikes. The power in these strikes comes from the waist and the hips, while utilizing quick forward steps in order to create the momentum necessary to strike. A key basic for the style is known as "0-max-0", where the user will start from a stand still, quickly step forward as fast as they can before stopping when within reach and utilizing the momentum to strike. While from afar it may look like the practicioner is moving rather slow, the sudden burst from no speed to max speed from within arms reach away often catches those who are not used to such attacks off guard. The majority of moves are done in stringed combos and are designed to hit key weakpoints in the body using quick and strong strikes. Each move is done in quick succession as speed is a priority with this style and even taking one hit from a combo will, in most cases, result in the enemy being thrown off balance, allowing the rest of the combo to succeed. Description:
The user will ball their hands into fists, extending one full forward while bringing their other one underneath their armpit. They will gather chakra into their feet then begin to gather all of their strength into this final attack. They will step forward and release the chakra in their feet, giving them a momentary boost of speed due to their foot launching them forward. They will travel a max of up to 10 ft almost instantaneously before stopping, any further and the momentum gained will have been lost. When they are within striking distance, the user will thrust their trigger fist to the abdomen or chest are of the opponent. The fist moves so fast that it compresses the air around it and upon the fist attacking will release a shockwave. If the fist lands on the opponent, the shockwave will travel into their body and will instantly crush all their muscles and organs, an near death move if it hits. If the fist does not land on them, the shockwave generated will crush everything in a 50 yard radius in front of the user with 10 metric tons of pressure, enough to kill most people if not severly injure those who manage to survive it. This is a double-edged sword move as the strain from using this technique will cause all the muscles in the users body to tighten up, constricting their movement heavily for the following 5 minutes. The more stronger their muscles are, the greater the restriction as well as the backlash of using this move will use the users strength against them.

Description:
The user steps forward quickly and does two swift punches to the opponent's abdomen (typical striking point) followed up by a swift and stronger punch to the opponent's jaw. The first two strikes are meant to throw the opponent off balance while the last is to throw them back, creating a massive opening for a follow up attack.

The user turns their body in a 180 deg angle while raising their once rear leg into the air. They will then attempt to bring it down onto the opponent. If the opponent is standing, the use of this technique is fairly limited to striking their knees, thighs or feet, however it is incredibly lethal to an already knocked down opponent.

Description: The user steps towards the target quickly and thrusts one arm quickly yet loosely towards their face or neck area as a feint. They then follow up with a more sharper quick strike to the same general area and then another and another. They will fire 8 consecutive strikes, each one slightly off by a few centimeters so as to not strike the same spot in order to overwhelm the opponent. Any strike that would actually hit the face or neck would stun the opponenet, and consecutive hits would increase the rate of concussion that they would suffer.

The user will surround him/herself in a thin veil of non combative fire. This fire is designed to burn so bright that it blinds the opponent. The user however is unaffected and can leave the jutsu active. Looking directly at the fire is like looking at the sun and it can cause permanent blindness if someone looks at it for to long. This jutsu activates with my KKG so can be used freely and deacivates when and when required to be.

Description:
A simple jutsu where the user channels Katon chakra into the ground and creates pockets off ash. The user will then use said ash and turn them into tiny balls, roughly half the size of a normal marble. The condensed ash is extremely hard and they can be fired in quick concession, almost 300. The small pellets of ash are easily capable of ripping through wood and anything softer.

By channelling heat to every facet of their body, the user will make an almost layer of heat surrounding themselves. Doing so will cause them to become something like a mirage, essentially making them disappear in a shimmer of light. This jutsu makes them completely invisible if they are still but when they move they shimmer, like an object far away in a hot desert. It's nearly impossible to follow with the naked eye, the Rinnigan and Sharingan can only see a human sized blob of chakra but the Byakugan can see right through it. Other jutsu can be used during this and its lasts 5 posts.

Description:
Used only by Hotaru Clan members due to their ability to survive abnormal temperatures. The user will superheat the insides of their bodies to what would be considered above fatal levels while using their chakra to keep the heat trapped within their bodies. This rapid increase of heat inside themselves focused only within their body will purge their body of near almost any type of foreign poison, bacteria or other objects by breaking down their structure to non-harmful levels via heat. This is a handy technique if one is in need to purging their bodies of a sort of poison quickly.

Description:
A purely defensive jutsu, the user will send Katon chakra into the earth, creating a pocket of ash. The ash will then shoot out of the ground and act as a shield for the user, create a semi sphere to sometimes a full sphere. It protects against most physical attacks along with elements like katon, Fuuton and Suiton. What makes it so effective is that the ash rotates around the user at extremely high speeds so it's not simply blocking, but re-directing the attack. It cannot stand up against the vibrations of raiton however and is weak against all raiton ninjutsu. It is weak to doton and raiton any ranks, it is not weak to water because the users can turn up the temperature using his or her kkg to make this jutsu super hot wear water would do anything but turn into steam.

Description:
Needing only to click his/her fingers, the user will create a large, three meter long lance of flames appear in his hand. The lance is much like the weaker 'Yari' jutsu. It can ignite people on contact but also be coated with chakra and made into a piercing projectile which can easily burst through stone. The spear can also cause an explosion on contact which at full yield can incinerate a person and leave a five meter crater in each direction form the epicentre.

By channelling chakra to his/her lower arms/fists, the user is capable of setting off devastating, concussive waves of heat. Whether it be extending a punch or kick, or simply sending off a large blast. Getting hit by the heat is like getting hit by a brick wall, it can cause serious physical damage and also caused third degree burns.

Description:
The User performs several hand seals before creating ethereal form composed out of flames around their body. The size of the fire apparation can only be at max three times as big as the user. This flame can take on any shape however is usually limited on real world creatures, such as humans, earth bound animals or even air born animals. The body of fire can be controlled by the users will or physical actions. Due to the shape manipulation, the fire typically covers the entire body of the user and so leaves no room for weakness besides the obvious weakness against water. The Hotaru's ability to control the temperature of their flames still applies to this technique. The clan member can even control the concentration of the flames, giving them more destructive power (such as the flames of a jet engine)

Description: Namida swings his fan to the sky, causing a giant tornado to descend upon a target. This technique can be set up as a feint as it has a delayed activation. The technique alters weather conditions temporarily and attacks from the sky rather than from the person. The storm clouds that create the attack dissipate immediately after the tornado begins while the tornado continues in a highly concentrated state.
Kekkei Genkai: Hi o aruku Hi o aruku which translates to walking fire is one of the KKGS most potent abilities. Namida is capable of emitting fire from every portion of his skin, which means he is able to engulf himself completely in fire. This does not enhance their physical abilities but makes their taijutsu extremely lethal. This stems from their years and years upon only using the Katon element to the point creating fire is almost second nature to them. This however limits them to only using Katon ninjutsu, however they are unrivalled in the Katon element in the ninja world. Because of their affinity to Katon, they have built an immunity to all forms of heat. Hikari no shinsei Hikari no shinsei which translates to Divinity of light is probably the kkg's most powerful ability. The natural affinity for katon has given him the ability to superheat his fire to unbelievable levels. While most shinobi can only generate yellow fire, Namida can create white then take it even further by creating blue fire. The white fire burns at roughly 2500 °C and can burn through almost any solid object, when burning at blue levels it burns at an astounding 4100 °C. It is extremely rare even for an Hotaru to learn how to superheat their fire to blue levels. The fire burns so hot that it can ignite without even touching an object, can melt steel without coming into contact and can incinerate most terrestrial objects. Misc. Kaira was given her orders from the Raikage to support any ninja requiring first aid around the village during the attack by the uchiha's, Kaira was currently giving out treatment in the medical center that was set up in her home. Her hands were covered in red blood as she was giving treatment to a ninja who had just had his leg removed from his body, Kaira was just trying to stabilize him before he lost too much blood and keep him out of shock. Kaira was a council member at present and the retired head medic of kumo but sometimes her skills as a medic are second to none in the village and is often still doing her ob as a medic even though she doesn't like to give chakra treatment out this situation goes against her morals but she has no choice to save this man's life " Darn I wonder if this an is going to make it he has lost alot of blood already" Kaira had ust spoke to herself in her head about the situation in front of her. " Chuunin get me a clean cloth at once, before this man dies. Kaira had demanded a clean cloth using her bossy bitchy ways but if it got things done Kaira would always use it. Kaira looked down at her expensive dress she was wearing it cost her 600,000 ryu and it was covered in blood and grime that's the price you pay for living the high life as Kaira does.
Kaira home was getting full fast as in patent's per doctors and they were getting over full to match the ratio to doctors to patients and it was growing fast. Kaira had managed to stop the bleeding from his leg and strap it up so she could move on to her next patient and her list was growing by the second.
A new set of orders then came to kaira by bird transport that the Raikage tower going to be in danger if she didn't act fast so she made her way to the Raikage tower with a unit of ninja behind her, she was still covered head to toe in blood, she gave the jounin medic the role of head doctor for her home till she returns.
Nicknames: Rokku [rock] -- A nickname given to him by some of his old friends when he was younger. The name serves no important significance besides something to make him unique when he hung out with them. Kaji Ou [fire king] -- A nickname given to him by his rivals while growing up. Namida became so proficient in the studies and practices of Fire usage that everyone began recognizing him by this name. Haamito [hermit] -- A nickname given to him around the time he stopped socializing with others. His anti-social personality earned him the name of Hermit, someone who usually lives away from society.

It's nearly impossible to follow with the naked eye, the Rinnigan and Sharingan can only see a human sized blob of chakra but the Byakugan can see right through it.

The user will ball their hands into fists, extending one full forward while bringing their other one underneath their armpit. They will gather chakra into their feet then begin to gather all of their strength into this final attack. They will step forward and release the chakra in their feet, giving them a momentary boost of speed due to their foot launching them forward. They will travel a max of up to 10 ft almost instantaneously before stopping, any further and the momentum gained will have been lost. When they are within striking distance, the user will thrust their trigger fist to the abdomen or chest are of the opponent. The fist moves so fast that it compresses the air around it and upon the fist attacking will release a shockwave. If the fist lands on the opponent, the shockwave will travel into their body and will instantly crush all their muscles and organs, an instant kill move. If the fist does not land on them, the shockwave generated will crush everything in a 50 yard radius in front of the user with 10 metric tons of pressure, enough to kill most people if not severly injure those who manage to survive it. This is a double-edged sword move as the strain from using this technique will cause all the muscles in the users body to tighten up, constricting their movement heavily for the following 5 minutes. The more stronger their muscles are, the greater the restriction as well as the backlash of using this move will use the users strength against them.

I feel like for these three you would need a summoning contract with weasels. Also, classify you "fan jutsu" as fuuton jutsu. So nobody gets confused. - Spoiler:

This seems a bit much. The third Raikage was able to withstand a Nine tails chakra mode rasenshuriken. I REALLY don't think this technique would be stronger than that. Tone it down a bit. | |

| Edited I tone the S rank taiutsu move to if hit it would cause near death as most S rank utsu do that is the point of them also to note in most jutsu can kill if used right that is the point of a jutsu. Also the Cast net utsu you mentioned about been too powerful it does actually does as it says it is canon for one. http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Wind_Release:_Cast_Net It shows you aimage from the manga of it cutting the thrid raikage, also reoved the weasels stuff. | |
