| Character InformationName: Despair Age: Over 300 years old Gender: Female Place of Birth: Unknown Date of Birth: October 31st Appearance: Hair: Blond, with red tips, and reaches down to her waist. It's wavy at the bottom, but perfectly straight on top. She also has fox ears, orange fading into black on top, and her right is pierced. Face: She has a semi-round face. Red eyes, a small nose, and Fangs. Body: Has been described as a "Top Heavy hourglass Figure." She has a bit of meat on her bones, but not too much. She's somewhat muscular. Clothing: She doesn't wear her "Traditional" Kage uniform. She mainly wears a torn up purple tube top, and Red skirt. She wears black leather boots, and a single Orange glove on her left hand, with all the fingers cut off. Height: 6"1 Weight: 174 Personality: Despair is a very outgoing person, to everyone, especially if she doesn't know you. It's worse when she's drunk, and when she doesn't have to look after her people, that's almost always. When she is, she's quite annoying, and very loud. She constantly avoids her "Step-Father," Seisoku, because he wants her to finish her paper work for the village. She usually hides out in bars, even though he finds her there. They get drinks instead of doing work. When Despair is angry, you want to be as far away as possible. She explodes like a nuclear bomb, and if you are the one she's mad at, you might just want to go hide behind on of the other Kages. Likes: .

History:
Birth Arc: Despair was born into a poor family that loved to do experiments. They never wanted a Child, Nor could afford one, So they named her Despair, because that's all she brought to them. Also, when Despair was born, they saw her as an opportunity. While she was still a baby, her parents preformed experiments on her, and Because of that, she can't age, has red eyes, and they fused her with a fox demon, giving her the ears. When she was 5 years old, her parents abandoned her in the forest, thinking she would starve to death. But, as fate would have it, the same exact day, Seisoku was walking through the forest, going home from a long trip, and found and took her with him.
Academy Arc: Despair never went to the Academy, because she, as Excors, was taught by the Akumakage, Seisoku. He taught her the ways of the ninja, and taught her how to control her Demon abilities. Genin Arc: Despair, 6-7 years old, never went to the Academy. Instead, she followed Seisoku around, taking orders from him. When she couldn't follow him, and watch him do his Kage like things, she would train with Her adopted Brother, Excors. He would teach her how to use her Katana correctly. On Seisoku's days off, he would teach her how to use her fire and electric elements. Chuunin Arc: During this time, Despair went out on solo missions, only being 13, and made the villagers nervous. They were scared of the fact that she had a Fox demon inside of her, and it made them reminded of the Kyuubi. Although, her demon was nothing like that. She was somewhat avoided by the villagers, even though she helped them daily. She was often sent out on local missions by Seisoku, and often left the village, against Her step-Fathers wise words. Jounin Arc: During this time, Despair, 16, started to tutor the Academy students. When she turned 18, she began having her own classes. It was then, that she met her Husband, Akira, who was also a teacher. They had many similarities, like the fact He couldn't age either. Akira had remembered that he had known Despair as a baby, and their parents were good friends. They experimented on their children, together, and he had told Despair of how she was supposed to be the villages "Secret Weapon" against their enemies. He also revealed, years after she had been abandoned, the village had been attacked and destroyed. Despair and Akira later became married, and when Despair was 26, they had their first Child, and only son, Taimu. Kage Arc: One day, Seisoku invited Despair to go drinking with him. She accepted, and 1 Year old Taimu stayed with Akira. The moment they sat down, Seisoku Yelled "CONGRATULATIONS OwO ". Despair was quite confused, until he explained that she was to be the next, and third, Akumakage. Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a timelag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.

The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.

Description- The basic form of all summoning techniques, this jutsu uses a contract, hand seals, and the user's blood to summon an animal or weapon from another dimension, which usually manifests once the ninja summoner strikes his hand against any surface, after which the specific summon will appear. As an alternative to the normal hand seals, the same contract that appears on the ground during the summoning can be drawn by hand and activated, producing the same result. The type of animal summoned is determined by the contract. The blood is used as a signature to make the contract, which can be written on a scroll or tattoo, valid. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle.

This can also be used to counter/overpower Doton attacks of B-rank and below.

Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items or weapons that have been stored using Fūinjutsu, typically they are stored within scrolls. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Puppets can have these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight.

Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into, a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. The ninja tools are thrown with the actual speed of a "flash of lightning," ruining the opponent's outset of the battle, and snatching away the initiative. Furthermore, because the summon-able ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics.

First, Tenten places two small scrolls in the floor. When activated, the two scrolls release smoke while also flying and spinning into the air in the shape of two dragons made of smoke. Tenten then jumps between the two scrolls, and starts to rapidly summon and throw all sort of weapons as a powerful barrage. If the initial attack were to fail, she can control the discarded weapons with wires attached to her fingertips for a surprise attack. However, because the weapons are thrown, they are easily countered by wind techniques.

Description: Despair sends chakra to her katana, causing it to glow a bright blue. When an enemy is close to her, she will stab her katana forward, releasing that chakra and causing it to spin rapidly. The chakra will form a large drill-like blade that is about the size of Despair herself and move forward for about 5 meters. Having taken on the properties of the blade, this drill becomes like a large, spinning extension of the sword. It is strong enough to drill through concrete and will cause devastating effects to anyone caught in it; literally shredding them to pieces.

Description: Despair quickly turns into her fox form and howls into the sky. 20 ghostly blue orbs of fire 12in in diameter will then appear around the area in multiple areas. At first these orbs will seem as if they are harmless; doing nothing, just floating harmlessly in the air. However, when Despair gives the mental command "attack" they will all begin to move. Each orb will unfold to reveal the shape of a tiny fox. The tiny flaming foxes will quickly rush in and home towards her opponent and exploding with the force of an exploding tag. These multiple fiery explosions will cause great danger to her enemy as the explosions will send fire and other forms of debris flying all over the battlefield.

Description: Despair sends her chakra to her katana, allowing it to take on the hardness/sharpness properties of the blade itself. She will then point the tip of her sword at her enemy and then fire the chakra off the blade in the shape of a large chakra fox (about 6 ft). This "fox" becomes like an extension of the blade itself. It moves in a forward path at quick speeds, cutting through everything in it's way. This technique is able to cut through very dense stone, so it would have no issue cutting through a human body.

Description: Using her demonic powers, Despair turns into a giant, 20ft red fox with flaming fur. She then uses her fire chakra to spit 4 large balls of blue fire at her target. When these balls hit something solid they explode violently, leaving behind massive craters in the aftermath. After this is done she will quickly turn back into her human form. Anything hit by these exploding orbs will be burned to cinders; experience painful third degree burns and plenty other bodily damage. Even if they do not get caught by the orbs, the explosions themselves are bound to do damage as earth and other shrapnel fly through the air, carried by the shockwave's explosions.

Each fox has the power to explode with the power of 5 exploding tags. If Despair wishes, she can also make this group of flaming foxes combine into one giant fox that is five times her size and also does five times a bigger explosion.

Description: Despair uses her bow and lightning elemental chakra to shoot a bow made of lightning chakra high into the air. The arrow will then descend towards her target at lightning speeds. If one looks closely enough they will see that this arrow is shaped like a golden fox with a long tail. It is strong enough to pierce through stone and is able to leave a small crater in the ground. If it hits her enemy it will explode in an electrical blast, paralyzing anyone who was in the 5m radius for two posts. The enemy that was directly hit by the arrow will suffer multiple 3rd degree burns and extremely painful muscle spasms.

Name: Kyūkyoku no Raiton Kitsune [The Ultimate Lightning Fox]

Description: Possibly one of Despair's most powerful moves. She sends large amounts of Raiton chakra to her katana, allowing it to take on the blade's sharpness. After this is done, she will then stab her sword into the ground, releasing all of her chakra and sending this-unseen-towards her enemy. The Raiton chakra will then burst from below the enemy in 10 separate "blades" of lightning shaped as foxes, and up into the sky. These foxes are sharp and will be able to cut the enemy like a normal sword, with the added effect of stunning them so they cannot move out of the way of the jutsu. After the foxes shoot into the sky they will arch back down to the enemy, combining mid way to create one giant lightning fox. This lightning fox will then collide with the enemy, causing extreme damage to their body (3rd degree burns, damaged muscles, even death). If they by some chance do survive, they will most likely be knocked unconscious. This move takes a large amount of chakra to prepare and so it takes two posts for Despair to gather enough Raiton chakra into her blade before she can use it. However, what makes this move as deadly as it is, is that the fact the enemy cannot see where it is coming from until it is too late.
