| Character InformationName: Seisoku Kedamono Age: Appears to be 16 years old (Lived for more than 2000. Is actually 18 in his years) Date of BirthApril 20 Gender: Male Place of Birth: Near Kumogakure Appearance: Seisoku very fair skin that is pale but has some slight pink color to it. He has what one would describe as a baby face. His eyes are a bright red color and in cat like slits, and his hair is spiky and very light brown (almost blond). His hair spikes are parted so that they fall over his right eye. He is roughly around 5'6" tall while wearing his boots, is about 130 pounds, and is somewhat muscular and has no extra body fat. He also has long and sharpened fangs and long black claws that he likes to use in close combat. People tend to take him lightly due to his appearance but they usually are proved wrong when he beats them. Seisoku wears a silk silver no-sleeve shirt with a hood and with his clans symbols on the back and a crescent moon on the left breast, and black loose pants. He also wears a long black leather trench coat, with black fur around the collar, and black combat boots. Sometimes he wears his mask from his ANBU days. It's black rather than the standard white, in the shape of a tigers face and it purple markings that resemble claw marks going across it. He also wears a strange, crystal pendant, that glows red and emits a strange noise that only people with enhanced hearing, like himself, can hear in the moonlight. Personality: Seisoku is very playful for someone of his (true) age. He can be seen as easygoing and care free by many, but in truth, he is actually quite the serious person. When it comes to matters of the land he protects, Seisoku will drop his care free facade and take on a more serious persona. As a leader, he is kind and will hear anyone out. As a protector, he is stern and will not back down. When it comes to his private life, he is very open and friendly. He likes to hang out and tell jokes, and loves to drink liquor and (attempt to) get drunk (he's got a very high resistance to alcohol). Being as old as he is; he has learned more than enough techniques to keep his country safe. He is also very knowledgeable when it comes to many things, as he has gained much intelligence over the years. Seisoku loves parties and festivals and takes it upon himself to attend as many as he can. He also loves the wilderness and animals. Especially as they can collect lots of knowledge from flying over the world. He once befriended an eagle and had it take him many places around the world it had visited. It was an experience he'd not soon forget. Seisoku was present during the time of the war between the "Demons" and the Shinobi of the mainland. His entire clan was cast off into the ocean with no hopes of survival until they had reached the islands they now call home. Though he cannot really forgive the Shinobi, he does not want to remain isolated from the shinobi world for so long. However, the older, more closed-minded members of his clan think otherwise. History: Birth Arc: Seisoku was born to his two parents Kyoumou and Izuna Kedamono, leaders of his clan. He was born in a small town that bordered the shinobi village of Kumogakure. Not much else is remembered by Seisoku of his youth as it was such a long time ago. Academy Arc: Seisoku attended the Kumogakure Shinobi academy at the age of 6; He was the youngest in his class, but was considerably skilled for someone of his age. He caught the eye of many teachers and even the Raikage himself. He was considered to be a genius among the land of lightning. Seisoku, however, was still young and thus, he could not fully control his kekkei genkai. One day on a training exercise at the academy, he started to attempt to learn a secret technique of his clan. However, he wasn't ready to control such a powerful technique and lost control of himself to the beasts inside of him. Seisoku went on a rampage. Viciously murdering every child and teacher in the Shinobi Academy before being stopped by his clan members. This act of unintentional violence angered the citizens of Kumogakure enough for them to wage a war against his entire clan. It was a war that soon spread.. The war lasted for many months, however, it eventually ended with a bargain. The Kedamono clan, along with any other clan deemed as "Demons" were to leave the main shinobi world for good. Though reluctant, in order to stop the bloodshed, they agreed and finally left by sea and air. They sailed and flew for 3 days. Seisoku had to learn how to fly in a matter of hours and even though he was still young, he managed to do so effortlessly. One day, while the sun was setting, he thought he saw something off in the distance. So he flew ahead of the group. He came back several minutes later, excited and hyper. He told everyone that he had found a large group of islands that would be their new home. Skeptical, the adults followed Seisoku to where he had seen the islands and set down to explore them for inhabitants. Surprisingly, the islands were largely uninhabited, save for its natural wildlife. They returned to the group and told them of this discovery. They carried those that could not fly and eventually flew the ships that were carrying them over the large mountains that surrounded the islands and placed them inside the waterways of the island. These would sever as the first ferries that would take people from island to island. Seisoku's parents took leadership of the island for now. They said they'd give their son control only after he was older and wiser. Genin Arc: On the island, a new shinobi academy was built and Seisoku took place. He quickly became a genin at the age of 7 and was put on a team with two others. Seisoku did his best to become strong so he'd lead the islands on day. Most of his memories of this time have been set aside however, as it's been so long ago. Chuunin Arc: What Seisoku remembers about the time of him being a Chuunin is that he was 8 years old when he became one. Not only was he the youngest chuunin, he was also the first to become an ANBU at such a young age. He was put on very dangerous recon missions that involved discreetly going into the shinobi world and collecting supplies and other important items. He was even sent on a few assassination missions. Many of these missions involved sneaking into the main shinobi world that had kicked them out not too long ago. If he had been caught, he would have probably been killed. Jounin Arc: Two years passed and Seisoku was now given the rank of a jounin. Though he was still in the ANBU, he did not want to become a captain as he did not want to lead his own squad. Seisoku found that when he worked alone, he worked better and so he liked to keep it that way. Seisoku had remained a Jounin for more than 50 years. Though he looked as if he was only 16 at the time, his aging process had slowed down considerably, making 1000 years to him like 1 year to a normal human. So, time really wasn't a factor-it was power. Even though he was wise and old enough to take control of the village, his parents made him wait a long time to take it over. The deal was, if Seisoku could defeat his father in a 1 vs 1 match, the village would be his. Seisoku trained for many many years, something that he had to do in order to match his father. He tried many times and failed many times. Another few hundred years would pass and now, Seisoku, 200 years close to 17, thought he was finally ready to fight his father and take over the village. They fought, for 5 days and nights, and eventually, Seisoku had won the match. It wasn't luck or the fact that his father let him win, it was pure skill that let him with the battle. And for that, he was given the rank of Akumakage by his proud parents. Akumakage Arc: Now the Akumakage, Seisoku was given the task of protecting the village at all times. A job that he did very well. Even though the outside shinobi world knew nothing of this small paradise of a home, there were still issues from the inside. These issues were either dealt by Seisoku himself or by his trusty shinobi. Seisoku had ruled over the island by himself for more than 1000 years. Earning him the title of The Thousand Year Kage by the residents of the village. Nobody opposed him and nobody thought he should step down from his position. Seisoku was now 1666 years old. (About 17 and a half) One day-many years later-while working, he was given a distress call by one of the clans on the village. It said that they were being attacked by an unknown force, to which Seisoku found confusing. Seisoku went to the island on which the clan lived, along with many other shinobi. What they found in their clan district were a bunch of destroyed homes and a bunch of massacred bodies. Among those bodies he found a single, crying, newborn child. The child reeked of death and blood, but was still innocent in his eyes. And so, Seisoku took this child under his care; naming him Excors. Under his wing, Seisoku trained Excors in the way of the shinobi ever since he was young. It was something he took great pride in doing, as their abilities were not all that different. It wasn't long until that newborn child he found was completely grown up. Seisoku watched Excors closely for many years, and to his surprise, instead of growing old and dying, he remained young and didn't age after a certain time. Seisoku found this strange since Excors wasn't a member of his clan, but then he remembered about Excors' clan's abilities. There were many clans on the islands with similar abilities to his. Although it seemed like his clan had the most abundant members of them all. Perhaps many of them were lost to time or only a few survived the war long ago. Excors quickly rose through the ranks of the shinobi. And Finally, Seisoku saw it only fit that he would be the Akumakage. However, Seisoku didn't want to stand down from his position either. So, in order to keep this position, he made it so Excors will be Akumakage along with him. Also, in order to have a third party involved, he hired another talented Shinobi he met long ago by the name of Despair to be Akumakage along with them. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

Description: Seisoku sends chakra to the blade of either one of his weapons making it vibrate at high speeds. This makes it easier for it's already razor sharp blade to slice through a number of things. The faster the blade vibrates the faster it can cut through something, although making the blade vibrate faster requires more chakra. C-Rank Level can cut through Stone, soft metals, and even human bone with relative ease. B-Rank Level can cut through iron, A-rank just gives it a faster quicker cutting ability, and S-rank level requires the most chakra but it can cut through really dense metals and hard objects, in this level the blade vibrates so fast that it can neither be seen nor heard vibrating (sometimes leading people to think the user has deactivated the jutsu).

Description- The basic form of all summoning techniques, this jutsu uses a contract, hand seals, and the user's blood to summon an animal or weapon from another dimension, which usually manifests once the ninja summoner strikes his hand against any surface, after which the specific summon will appear. As an alternative to the normal hand seals, the same contract that appears on the ground during the summoning can be drawn by hand and activated, producing the same result. The type of animal summoned is determined by the contract. The blood is used as a signature to make the contract, which can be written on a scroll or tattoo, valid. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle.

They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Description: Seisoku spews out ash from his mouth that quickly begins to form a large dome around him, the particles of ash will then link together, thus creating a solid shield. If a person were to come in contact with the barrier it will burn them harshly (due to be composed of burning ash). The barriers protects from attacks that are a B rank or below (Water attacks that are C rank or below) and last 4 post. After the forth post the ash particles will unlink and expand outward, covering everything within a 10 meters with burning ash.

Description: Seisoku makes a few hand seals and spews out a small cloud of ash from his mouth. He will then use his chakra to form these ash particles into 4, 5ft long spikes, then compress the ash so it hardens and becomes a solid object. Seisoku will then fire these spears at his opponent using his chakra to slightly guide them as he does. When they hit their mark, Seisoku will snap his fingers, causing his Katon chakra to flare and ignite the spears; making them each explode with the power of two exploding tags.
Housenka no Jutsu - Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique

Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fire balls. The ninja can also hurl a projectile which is covered in these same flames. To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.
Dai Bakuhatsu no hai Doragon [Great Exploding Ash Dragon]

Seisoku expels a large amount of explosive ash from his mouth. Afterwards he will form it into a large dragon that will begin to act on it's own soon after. this dragon, capable of flight, will assault enmies from the air by firing multiple spears of ash at them. Whenever these spears hit a solid object they will delay for a few seconds before exploding with great force, giving them time to impale enemies before doing so. Solid attacks like weapons and taijutsu will only go through the dragon. While katon and fuuton attacks will only make it stronger. However other attacks will work against it, although it will take a few hits to destroy. When on the brink of destruction the dragon will revert back to it's cloud-like state and explode.

Description: Seisoku will spew out massive amounts of explosive ash from his mouth and form it into a massive burning cloud. Mentally he will control the cloud into the sky, making it rise up over his target. The cloud will be nearly impossible to see in the night sky, and in the daytime it will look like a storm cloud. When given a command the ash within the cloud will begin to link together creating "spears" of explosive ash. Thousands of sharp "spears" will then begin to rain down on the ground, covering a large area. The spears themselves have enough piercing power to pierce through steel. This will continue for a total of four posts before the cloud is finally used up and the area is covered with explosive spears. Using a fuuton/katon jutsu on the spears will just cause them to explode prematurely and using a fuuton/katon jutsu on the ash cloud will cause it to release spears at a more rapid rate. When Seisoku snaps his fingers each of the spears will explode simultaneously, each with the explosive force and power of 5 exploding tags. The result of the explosion will be a massive crater in the ground and surrounding area. This attack is capable of destroying everything within it's blast area and will generate a massive shockwave after exploding. After using this jutsu Seisoku will feel fatigued and sluggish for a while and will be unable to use jutsu for 2 posts. The chakra cost is 35CP and takes 2 posts to generate enough chakra (1 post if transformed).

A special thing about this jutsu is that it's direction can be controlled by the user.

This fire drill is white hot and will severely burn anyone who comes into contact with it, it's spinning motion is so fast and powerful it is able to drill through stone.
Ryouiki no Bakuhatsuteki Kaijin [Field of Explosive Ash]

Description: Seisoku will release an immense amount of explosive ash that can easily cover up an area over 10m but no more than 45m or the jutsu will become harder to control (the user can move the cloud in many directions). Once the ash is expelled it will become hard for anyone caught within the massive cloud (except Seisoku) to breath, so choking to death is a possibility. Also while in this cloud a person would find it extremely difficult to see. Whenever Seisoku wants to he will click his teeth and cause the massive cloud of ash to explode it one massive explosion that is capable of leveling anything within it's area and blast radius. Using a wind or fire jutsu while in/near this cloud of ash will only cause it to explode prematurely. It is possible to save oneself by using a suiton jutsu (A rank or above) to make a pathway out of the ash or fully clear it. This jutsu takes up a large amount of chakra to use so after it's use Seisoku would feel a bit fatigued. Also once the explosion starts there is no stopping it so if Seisoku or anyone he doesn't want to be..Is near the cloud of Ash when he starts the explosion they will get caught in it too.

Description: Seisoku releases a large, fast moving, bolt of yellow electricity from his palm towards his opponent. When it is fired, it creates a flash of blinding light and a loud boom that sounds like roaring thunder, which gives the jutsu it's name. The jutsu uses a high level of voltage, though it is not meant to kill an opponent, allowing Seisoku to cause high damage to his enemies (burning their body to the 2nd degree) while stunning them for 3 posts in the process. The disks move at amazing speeds but the interesting thing about these disks is that they have the ability to cut through stone and other inanimate objects, but when they some in contact with a living thing it only cuts them slightly and uses that entry point (the cut) to disperse the raiton chakra through a persons body. Once inside of the body it will stop the person from moving for two post, leaving them open for an attack or a finishing blow.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces. As shown against Killer B, Chidori can also be used to simply give the opponent a large electrical shock without impaling them.
Thanks to his specially, acute, eyes and chakra sensing abilities, Seisoku is able to use chidori without suffering from the tunnel-vision drawbacks. Though he still has to run in a straight line, he still wouldn't be as open as someone who tried using it without these abilities, as he would be able to easily change his direction or dodge a counterattack.

When they are ready to be launched, he launches them one by one and uses his chakra to control them and give them a "lock-on" ability. Meaning that if the opponent dodges one of the electrical balls he can make it turn around and attack the enemy from behind. If an electrical ball hit something solid they will cause an explosion that lets out electrical pulses (pulses reach about ten feet where the ball originally hit). The electrical pulses will disrupt a persons electrical nerve signals in the body making their movement slowed down. Meaning it will slow down their reaction time. If they try to move their arm it wouldn't move right when they tell it to, it would move at least four seconds after. (Effects will last two post) If a person is directly hit with the ball they will be unable to move for three post.
Otakebi no Raikou Kedamono- [Roar of the Lightning Beast]

Description: This attack is similar to Gian - False Darkness in many ways. The only differences is that instead of a stream of arching lightning the user spits out a powerful beam of silver lightning...That and it's only usable by Kedamono clan users, and it is stronger. For this jutsu, like Gian, the user send raiton chakra to their mouths, using their beast chakra they will make the raiton chakra a silver color. When the chakra is charged to it's peak the user will open their mouths a let out a loud roar. This will purge the raiton chakra out of their mouth creating a strong fast moving beam of raiton chakra that quadruples in size once it leaves the mouth. The beam is super hot and strong, able to turn stone into dust and if a person were to get hit by it they will be hit by superheated lightning chakra and be literally burnt to a crisp. Or if a person is near the beam they can get hit by archs of lightning that will shoot out to hit them, if they get hit by these they will get electrocuted and burnt. Electrocution can cause the person to black out momentarily for about 3 post. Overuse of this jutsu can cause numbness and fatigue to the user. Also it can cause their movements to become sluggish. Not to mention it has a chakra cost of 20CP So, this jutsu is best used with a rest period of 2 posts before using it again.

It can also turn stone into meer rubble on touch (Since Raiton jutsu is stronger that Doton). A drawback of this jutsu is that if the user doesn't have complete control of it, their hand could get first to second degree burns, which would make using that hand very painful.

Description: This is actually a much stronger version of Seisoku's Plasma Beam, requiring more chakra and greater skill to use, this is definitely an advanced Raiton jutsu. It requires no handseals but takes 1 post to bring together enough chakra. Once enough chakra is gathered it will form into a condensed orb of electricity at his palm(or finger if he's transformed) which will also take 1 post to put together all of that chakra; he will fire it and it will expand into a large beam the size of himself (So 5'4" in diameter) This blast of superheated electricity moves in a forward direction at rather quick speeds and is capable of incinerating anything that comes in contact with it. If a person is able to dodge it they are not safe from the attack, for arcs of lightning shoot off of the main beam whenever someone is no more than 20 feet away from it. These arcs of lightning can be very fatal to a person as it will electrocute and burn them and render them immobile for 3 posts and they will suffer rather sever muscle pains for 4 posts after they are able to move again. A jutsu like this does have it's drawbacks. It requires a large amount of chakra (35CP) to use so the rapid consumption of chakra tends to make Seisoku rather tired. On top of this, it will also cause him to move rather sluggishly. (These side effects last 2 posts) This jutsu will also cause some damage to him, depending on which hand he fired it from, it will cause 2nd degree burns to his hand and forearm, making using that arm rather painful. It also has a strong "kickback" so when he uses the jutsu it would send him violently flying backward if he does not have proper footing. This jutsu has a 4 post cool down before it can be used again.

This barrier protects the people inside from attacks that are A rank or below, however if the user were to fall in combat the barrier would also fall as it needs a steady amount of chakra, (4 CP's per post. This can give the user an edge in battle for example if they are using taijutsu they can transform their arms so they get claws sharper than what they have, or maybe transform their whole arm so it can double in power. The dangerous thing about this jutsu is that if they transform their body the beast that they have partially transformed into would start to forcefully transform them until they either call off the jutsu or let the beast take over. (The beast will fully transform their body 5 post after activation of jutsu)
Beast TransformationsHi-juu (Fire Beast) Rank: B-S Element: - Skill: Kekkei Genkai Range: Self When a Kedamono Clan member takes the form of this beast, they will resemble a large bi-pedal/quadrupedal wolf. They have really short fur covering their body, a mane of pure fire that runs down to their lower back and other tufts of flaming fur on their body. Their teeth elongate and sharpen, as do their claws. They gain a large set of horns that start at the head and curve down to their backs, with two smaller ones protruding forward on the sides of their face. Their skin is soft to the touch but it is actually as hard as steel. Although not entirely covered in fire touching the beast will result in whoever touching it getting second degree burns. The beast has a natural affinity for Katon, thus when in this state the user can only use katon jutsu (or jutsu with no element). The beast has powerful leg and bone strength which allows it to jump extremely high and land as if it was nothing, it can easily clear a 15 story building with an idle jump and can jump even higher while running. It is a considerably fast runner and is very strong. While they are in this form they will gain an increase in abilities, the amount of chakra they used to bring out the beast determines how strong the beast will be. B-Rank Chakra: The Beast will be about 18 feet tall. The user will gain a 20% Increase to their senses which will allow them to sense things (including chakra sensing) from farther away. First of all when a fireball come into contact with something it'll violently explode. The fireballs also have a slight homing ability making dodging very difficult. When a fireball explodes it'll send out a wave of extremely hot fire burning everything within a 10 feet radius. It takes one post to gather up enough chakra to use this jutsu. The user can be moving when they're getting ready to use it, however they can't use any jutsu while waiting.

Raiju (Lightning Beast) Rank: B-S Element: - Skill: Kekkei Genkai Range: - When a Kedamono clan member transforms into this beast, they take on the form of a large bipedal humanoid beast with a long snout, wide mouth, sharp teeth, and pointed ears. It's body is harder than steel. This beast is covered in golden elegant metallic-like scales that resemble armor. It's sharpened teeth and golden claws are as hard as steel and as sharp as razors. It can easily bite through iron with it's massive jaw strength. It has a tail that is forked into two parts near the middle and down to the end. The tail's strength is very powerful and can be used as a deadly weapon. The beast can also sprout and retract golden bat-like wings from it's back. This beast has the affinity for Raiton and thus those are the only jutsu it can use while in this state (or jutsu with no element). However, being in this transformation strengthens up raiton jutsu. It has sort of an electrical defense that protects it from physical attacks. Not only will it shock an enemy if they come into contact with them, it will also slow down/hinder their movements for 3 posts This is the fastest of all the beasts, however it is also the weakest, relying on it's speed and powered up jutsu more than brute strength. While they are in this form they will gain an increase in abilities, the amount of chakra they used to bring out the beast determines how strong the beast will be. B-Rank Chakra: The Beast will be about 18 feet tall. The user will gain a 25% Increase to their senses which will allow them to sense things (including chakra sensing) from farther away. The user will gain a 40% increase in speed: When added on to their natural speed, they become a barely visible blur to the human eye. Even if it does not hit a person when it hits something solid it will explode and let out pulses of electricity that will slow down a persons movement for 2 post.

Description: The user uses their giant wingspan to their advantage. They flap their wings, letting out electrical pulses as they do so. They will begin to spin the electrical pulses until they finally form them together to make a fifteen foot tornado out of lightning. The tornado can be controlled mentally or let loose, either way it is devastating. It will electrocute and burn anything it its path. If a person comes in contact with it they will be spun around and electrocuted until finally thrown out of the tornado, which will leave them immoble for 4 post. After the first effect there is still other side effects, the persons actions would be slowed down for 2 post.
Hi-Genso Juu (Non-Elemental Beast) Rank: B-S Range: - Element: - Skill: Kekkei Genkai The Non-Elemental beast is the most balanced transformation the Kedamono Clan members can transform into. It has the affinity for non-elemental chakra based jutsu. It provides an equal boost to all of their stats thus it is the most favored beast of the Kedamono clan. It has an armor-like exoskeleton that is as hard as titanium, it is second only to the earth beast. The Hi-Gensou Juu takes the form of a large Dragon-like beast. It is blue grey and has deep red eyes. It's claws are blade-like and it's fangs are razor sharp. It has the jaw strength to bite through steel. It's long tail is strong enough to smash through bedrock. It even has gills that allow it to breath underwater. Although it provides no boost to jutsu strength and can't use elemental jutsu, it has it's own arsenal of chakra based jutsu. This beast is also the only beast with it's own weapon. The more chakra used to bring out this beast, the stronger it will be. B-Rank Chakra: With B-Rank Chakra the beast is about 20 feet tall. They will gain a 25% increase to their senses which allows them to sense things from farther away. They gain a 25% boost in strength: When added to their natural strength, they are able to punch through hard stone, as well as make devastating physical attacks. The user also gains a 25% increase in speed: When added to their natural speed they are able to run very quickly, although the normal human eye will still be able to see them, there will be a slight blur. The rate it takes for them to heal from wounds will decrease as well. They gain access to the B-rank (or below) jutsu arsenal. Costs 10 Chakra Points to use and 5 Chakra points per post to maintain. A-Rank Chakra: With A-Rank Chakra the beast will be about 26 feet tall. They will gain a 40% Increase to their senses which allow them to sense things from farther away. They gain a 40% boost in strength: which, when added to their natural strength, allows them to pull out large trees from the ground and punch through iron with a few hits. The user also gains a 40% increase in speed: When added to their natural speed they become a barely visible blur to the human eye. Only those with special dojutsu or chakra sensing capabilities will be able to tell their moves clearly. The time it takes for their wounds to heal decreases. They gain the ability to use any of the jutsu in the beast's arsenal that are A-rank or below. Costs 15 Chakra Points to Activate. Costs 8 Chakra Points per post to maintain. S-Rank Chakra: With S-Rank Chakra the beast will be 34 feet tall. They will gain a 55% increase in their sense which will allow them to sense things from farther away. They will gain a 55% increase in strength which allows them to punch through steel in a few hits and lift extremely heavy objects. They will gain a 55% increase in speed: Now when they run they will be invisible to the naked eye, being able to clear a large gap between them and their opponent in a matter of seconds. Thus those only with special dojutsu and chakra sensing capabilities will be able to sense them. Their healing time is shortened even more, minor injuries will be healed in a matter of seconds, others-depending on severity-will heal in a time span of 1-8 posts. They will gain access to the strongest jutsu that this beast has to offer. Costs 20 Chakra to activate and 12 to maintain per post. - Spoiler:

Due to being extremely large and heavy it is almost impossible for anyone but a Kedamono clan member in their transformed state to wield it. (Weapon shown in picture)

This justu is special as on the users command it can revert to it's previous states. Meaning if the user wants it to they can make it revert to 3 Large chakra bullets, or 5 chakra bullets which comes in handy if fighting more than one enemy.

However, each member of the Kedamono clan has a beast that is unique to themselves. This beast is considered to be the strongest of all forms and is seen as the True Form of the person it comes from. As each beast is unique to it's user, no two are alike; even twins will have a different looking true form. Seisoku's true form focuses on speed, rather than power, allowing him to run so fast it appears like he is simply teleporting. Although, this does not mean it is not strong.
