Special Ability: The sword was made so that a member of the Tomoshibi clan could flow their chakra through the blade and allow their hikariton chakra to envelope it. This adds an extreme advantage to the wielder as every one of their strikes would not only cut into the enemy's flesh, but burn them as well. This control over their special chakra allows them to use special attacks with the blade, each varying with the user's individual tastes.

Special Attack: Tooru's special attack involves her manipulating her Hikariton chakra and causing it to split into a cloud of 100 pure white butterflies. Using her sword as a medium, she can control the direction of these butterflies-be it individually, all at once, etc. For example, she can swarm her enemy within the entire cloud, tearing them to pieces with the razor-sharp wings of the butterflies while burning them harshly. Or she can fire them at her opponent as if they were kunai. Tooru can even manipulate them so they link together on her sword so she can swing them around like a razor sharp whip.

The butterflies can also be used to conceal things like explosive tags. Allowing her to surprise her enemy.

After about 4 posts, the butterflies will disappear and she will have to create more; costing her more chakra.

Drawback: The technique costs 10 CP to activate/reactivate. Also, since Tooru's sword is used as the medium for controlling the butterflies, knocking it out of her hands will cancel the technique.

Durability: The sword is highly resistant to high heat and other forms of wear and tear. Extremely powerful techniques, however, might be able to break it.

Alloy/Substance: The sword is made out of an extremely durable, yet lightweight substance. It is stronger than titanium, but lighter than said metal. It can withstand extreme heat and can go through many battles, all while retaining it's razor sharp edge.
Length & Width: The blade is about 4ft long, the handle is about a 1.5ft. Making the entire sword 5 1/2ft long.

Background: It is a clan sword that has been passed down from many many many generations. Tooru's father handed it down to her, as his father had done to him, and his mother before. Her receiving this sword was nothing short of tradition.
