READ THEM!!!!


General Rules

All members including moderators and Administrators are to follow these rules. Not following these rules will result in a suspension or whatever and admin deems appropriate for your action.

1. Flaming is not allowed.
   
2. Discrimination towards a member, race, gender etc. will not be tolerated.
   
3. Obscene images or anything deemed as pornographic are not allowed on this site meaning no nude pics of any kind or anything you would see on an adult site.
   
4. The mods and admins are the authority around here so if they tell you to do something do it with no argument unless told so by a different admin/mod.
   
5. Arguing is not allowed if you don't get along with a member ignore/don't talk/interact with them or pm a mod about it and they will handle it.
   
6. Cybering is not allowed here so don't do it.
   
7. Keep spam in the spam area meaning no spamming in the chat box.
   
8. No advertising in the chat box or advertisement on signatures keep advertisements in the advertisement section.
   
9. Members are allowed only one account per computer.
   
10. Keep signatures a reasonable size if your signature is too big it will be deleted by an admin.
    
11. No flashing avatars or signatures.
    
12. When creating a poll make sure to promote discussion
    
13. Anything that promotes illegal acts are not allowed and if caught doing so you will be banned.
    
14. Only mods are allowed to post in a person's app.
    
15. Backseat moderating isn't allowed if you're not a moderator don't act like one.
    
16. Don't bother the staff on checking apps or anything related everything will be checked overtime so have patience.
    
17. No stealing of ideas meaning don't steal another person's clan, jutsu, character, history etc. from a different site and post it here as yours. The site will not be held responsible for the member who committed this and will result in the member being banned from the site.
    
    

RPing Rules

These rules are to be followed by everyone including admins and moderators. Failure to do so will result in suspension of the RP or whatever an admin deems fair for your actions.

1. When posting you are to type in third person, first person is not allowed, so no I's or me, keep yourself out of it.
   
   
2. Godmodding isn't allowed your character isn't invincible and he/she wont be able to know how to react to every situation.
   
   
3. Force-playing isn't allowed to control another character, you can't say your attack was successful you need to let your fellow Rper choose if he/she wants to get hit or not. You are only allowed to force-play if the person lets you.
   
   
4. Meta-gaming isn't permitted if you here something or read something about a person's character i.e. you read a technique they had and when you faced them in rp your character knew the strengths and weaknesses of that technique. Your not allowed to do that your character must learn about another character in rp only.
   
   
5. Power-playing wont be allowed so don't try to make an OP character, technique, weapon, etc. it wont get approved.
   
   
6. No double posting there is an edit button for a reason there's no need for another post when you could easily add it to your old post.
   
   
7. when Rping use quotation marks when your character is speaking i.e. " It was a beautiful day out just a few minutes ago but now it's pouring rain and I have to stay at home." Jack let a big sigh seeing his day ruined by the weather.
   
   
8. Put anything that your character is thinking in itallics i.e. "Basketball practice was really tiring today I can't believe coach made us do so many suicides."Opening the door to his house and then closing it when he entered taking a deep breath of relief.. "Mom I'm home!" Bobby announced heading into the kitchen.
   
   
9. When RPing use proper spelling and grammar we're not looking for perfection but your post should be readable.
   
   
10. When you post it you should have at least 150 words Minimum in your posts. I don't want this place to turn into a Noob Fest. Rpers ignoring this rule will suffer the consequences, so please put some effort into this People!
    
    
11. There are also NO Cannon Characters that means you will have to create your own.
    and there will be no reference to them since they all died or something.
    
    
12. Cannon jutsu ARE allowed
    
    
13. No Role playing in two places at once.
    
    
14. Double accounts are allowed. But you must declare both your accounts so that others can Identify you.
    
    
15. When killing your character please give your character a convincing real death, dont just kill your character in an unreal way, if you do your post will be void and your character will not be considered dead until you give him/her a convincing death.
    
    
    
16. Your character can only join things they know about or has a reason for knowing (i.e. your character heard an explosion and decided to check it out). So a person can't just pop out of nowhere and say they know everything that is happening.
    
    
17. Before you can post in a different country you have to post in traveling to another country saying how you got there.

18. Your character cannot be from two clans.
    
    
19. You cannot combine bloodlines or clans to make a new clan or bloodline.
    
    
20. If a topic says private you must ask the person who made the topic if it's okay if you can post in the topic.
    
    
21. No implants of eyes.
    
    
22. Even though Bodyflicker is a d-rank jutsu in all genin will not be able to have/learn the jutsu. Only Chuunin and above will be allowed to have the bodyflicker jutsu. Spamming of the jutsu will monitored if a staff member finds that you're abusing the bodyflicker they are entitled to punish you or whatever the staff member deems fair for your actions
    
    
23. Spamming of Kawarimi (change of body stance technique) will result in punishment by the staff member and possibly taking your rights to use the jutsu away from you.
    
    
24. Only Chuunin or higher ranked ninja are allowed to leave their village to join an organization or become or be trained by Missing-Nin
    
    
25. You may use the avatar of a character from another Anime, game, movie etc. but you may not use any of the techniques from that anime you must make your own so if your using a character from bleach as your character please don't give him a jutsu to go Shikai or Bankai.This is a Naruto Rpg and it should stay a Naruto rpg
    
    
26. A missing-nin or an organization are not allowed to attack a village without telling an admin. If the admin gives you, the missing-nin or organization the okay you are allowed to attack the village. If the admin says no then your not allowed to attack the village. Failure to ask an admin to attack a village will result in your posts of attacking the village to be voided and moved to the trash can.
    

Battle Rules

1. Each player will have 72hrs (3 days) in which to post, if they’re currently in a battle. What this means is, if you don’t post then your liable to get auto hit. This works in cases where your opponent attempted to land a hit in their previous post.

2. If you so happen to make the mistake of not dealing with an opponent’s attack in your post. Then your opponent holds the right to say their attack hit the intended target. What this means is, you should read your opponent’s post carefully. Failure to do so, could get you in trouble during a battle.

3. Be precise with your posts, this works both ways when your attacking and defending. For example. “Bob appeared behind his opponent and threw a Kunai”. The opponent might then post a response like this. “Dick then ducked and the Kunai went over him”. Sometimes this may cause an argument amongst Rpers. These arguments will come as a result of the Vagueness in your post. Instead why not try something like this?

“Bob appeared 2 feet behind his target and threw a Kunai. The Kunai thrown was aimed at the Shinobi’s calf”. Surely you can see that difference by now. If your not specific with your posts. Then your opponent has the right to possibly call a hit in some cases. Again vagueness will get you killed. So put some effort into posting and stating things.

4. In order to avoid God-moding and Role players coming up with illogical stuff. A Admin/Mod will have the right to void Posts like these after investigating. This is normally seen in cases where an Rper manages to dodge something and come away unscathed. For Example.

Bob performed a Jutsu that was set to detonate if anything came in contact with it. Bob was also badly injured and fatigued and wouldn’t be able to get out of the way in time. The explosion would be as large as two football fields.

Dick then performed a set of hand seals and released a Jutsu of his own from afar. It would then collide with Bob’s Jutsu, but unknowingly to him, it would explode.

Despite the fact that he is fatigued and injured, Bob summoned a Creature to aid him. At the same time his own jutsu wasn’t even 10ft away from him. The explosion went off, but Bob miraculously flew away on his summoning unscathed. See what Bob did there? Please don’t follow his example or your post will be void. And most likely your opponent will be able to call a hit on you, if they did attack in their previous post.

5. During a battle, you don’t have to necessarily explain what your character is planning. But what you should do so that its fair and does make sense. Will be to leave subtle hints behind in your post. This means don’t suddenly pull something out of nowhere that wasn’t there to begin with.
